Description
Binnal is a 16th-century building that has been later refashioned. It features an undistinguished exterior made of stone and brick, topped with a tiled roof and a brick lateral stack on a stone base. The building stands two storeys high and has wood casement windows, with a two-window front. Inside, there is a complete small hall that boasts carved ceiling beams and a central boss. At the dais end, there is a coved wood panelled canopy adorned with painted figures of the Nine Worthies, and a fireplace that is dated 1611. At the rear, there is a later wing.
