This is an 18th-century red brick barn with a tile roof and coped gable ends, located immediately west of Upper Norton. It includes adjoining stone rubble cattle sheds, also with a tile roof. The buildings are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive group with the farm buildings to the west and south-west.
