Description

Cockalay is an early 17th century building constructed of stone rubble with a timber frame above. It has two storeys, an attic, and a basement. The building features a projecting timber frame gable with a chamfered bressummer and wood mullion transom windows. The roof is tiled, and there is a stone stack. The interior is said to contain 17th century panelling. At the time of the survey, the building was derelict.
