Description

Waters Farmhouse is an 18th-century red brick house located in Upper Sapey. It is two storeys high and has three windows, each with a three-light casement and a segmental head. A central door features fielded panels, a rectangular fanlight, and a hood supported by shaped brackets. The roof is tiled and hipped, with brick dentil eaves.
