Gospel Oak is a late 17th-century cottage constructed with a timber frame and brick nogging. It has one storey and an attic, featuring two modern casement windows and two gabled dormers. The roof is tiled with gable ends, and there is a rubble stack at one end. Additionally, there is a brick rear wing.
