Description
Granby Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1762, constructed of brick. It features a steeply pitched pantile roof with grey brick end stacks and a dentil eaves cornice. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a near-symmetrical three-bay facade. The entrance is an off-centre six-panel door with an overlight and a small later hood, flanked by single segmental-headed tripartite sash windows. There is a three-course brick band between the floors, and above are three tripartite horizontal sliding sashes. Each gable has a narrow attic window, and the right gable displays a stone plaque inscribed with "G H 1762." A lower addition is located at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
