Description

The Old Windmill is an early 19th-century tower mill that has been converted into a house. It features a tapering five-storey tower made of bitumen-painted brick, topped with a dog tooth dentillated cornice and a 20th-century glazed lantern. The entrance consists of a plain 20th-century planked door, with four two-light casement windows above it, one on each storey. All window openings have segmental heads. There is a belt drive wheel located on the right-hand side of the building. At the rear, there is a single-storey house added in the 20th century.
