Description
The Black Lion Public House is an early 19th-century building located on the east side of Main Street in Blackfordby. It features roughcast rendering, an eaves cornice, and a hipped slate roof. The structure is two storeys high and has four windows with casements in an early 19th-century style, although they include modern glazing. There are dripstone moulds above the windows. The ground floor includes a shallow canted bay with modern glazing on the south-west side, and the entrance door is off-centre. The side facade has one blank window on each floor.
