Description

Baytree Cottage is an 18th-century house constructed from coursed rubble stone, featuring quoins and stone dressings. It has a Collyweston slate roof with brick ridge and end stacks, and stone coped gables. The building is two storeys high and has three 2-light casement windows on the upper floor, with a combination of two 2-light windows and a part-glazed door on the ground floor, along with two 3-light windows. There is an open porch, and the left end of the cottage includes 2-light and attic 1-light casements, with a wing extending to the rear.
