Nos 22 and 24 Wesley Street are a rag warehouse that has been converted into offices and stores. The building dates from the early to mid 19th century and is constructed of coursed squared stone with a stone slate roof. It is two storeys high and features three bays facing the road, each with three-light windows that have slightly recessed flat-faced mullions. There are two brick ridge stacks on the roof. At the rear, there is a three-light window on the left that has been altered to form a doorway, a wide central doorway, and the right part of the rear is not visible. The first floor has three three-light windows. The left side of the building has a ground-floor doorway and a blocked doorway on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
