Description

Lazencroft Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse, altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of rendered brick with a slate hipped roof. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a square plan, originally three windows wide. A central round-headed doorway is topped with a fanlight, and the windows are sash windows with glazing bars, now set within top-hung casement frames. A central ridge stack is visible. On the right return, there is a central door and a canted bay window with glazing-bar sashes. The left return has four windows, a kitchen doorway in the second bay with an overlight, and a ridge stack on the right. Attached service rooms are recessed on the left.
