This is an early 19th-century building of stone construction, located on New Hey Road. It is characterised by hammer-dressed stone and a pitched roof of stone slate. The building is two storeys high and features two 3-light stone mullioned windows on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is one 4-light stone mullioned window in each section. Some of the mullions have been removed.
