Description
Nos 15, 17, 19, and 21 on South Lane are a row of four houses built in the late 18th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature quoins. The houses have a stone slate roof that is covered in bitumen. Each building is two storeys high. The entrance is accompanied by two and three-light stone mullioned windows, with a porch at No 21. On the first floor, there are three six-light stone mullioned windows, one of which has a single light blocked, along with an additional two-light window. The house at the extreme left is set at a 90-degree angle and has a part-rendered facade, with an altered ground floor and one four-light window on the first floor.
