Description

No. 2 Farnley Bank is a detached house dating from the late 18th century, with some alterations and a rear addition. It is built of hammer-dressed stone and features quoins and a stone slate roof. The house has two storeys and a symmetrical facade. There is a central doorway set within a recent stone porch, with a 2-light window above it. On both the left and right sides of the facade, there is a 3-light window on each floor. Each gable also has a 3-light window, which may be of more recent origin.
