Description
Hall Ings House and the adjoining barn were built around 1840. The house features an ashlar front and a stone slate roof, with two gable stacks and two storeys across three bays. It has a first-floor sill band and sash windows, along with a central door that has a raised surround and a small moulded cornice. There is a round-arched staircase window at the rear. The barn is included for its group value and has a large central doorway with an elliptical porch on both elevations, although both doorways are partially blocked, with one containing an inserted garage door. The east side of the barn has doorways at each end and openings on the left and right at a high level, while the west side features ventilation slits.
