Description
This is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It is two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice. The front facade has two ranges of sash windows. The main entrance has Tuscan pilasters, an entablature, and a blocking course. The ground floor incorporates a canted bay window with sash windows featuring roll-moulded surrounds, a moulded cornice, and a blocking course. A passage entrance is characterised by a hollow chamfered surround.
