Description

This is an early 19th century building located on the north side of New Hey Road. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and has a pitched roof of stone slate. The building is two storeys high and features stone brackets supporting the gutter line. There are two ranges of windows; one comprised of 5-light stone mullioned windows, and the other of 3-light stone mullioned windows.
