Description

45 Souttergate is a building likely dating from the mid-19th century, though it may incorporate older elements. The front is rendered in stucco. It has a pitched roof covered in pantiles, with coped gables. The building is two storeys high and features a band running along the facade. Vermiculated quoins are present. There are three ranges of sash windows, each with a moulded surround and an ornamental keystone. The front door consists of four moulded panels, topped by an oblong fanlight, and is set within a Tuscan surround.
