Nos 13 and 15 Toll Gavel is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed of brick, with No 15 featuring a rendered exterior. The building has three windows, which include rendered lintels and hung sashes with glazing bars. There are also two modern shop fronts.
