Description

Canal Bridge (Number 62) is a bridge over the Lancaster Canal, which was opened in 1797 and designed by engineer John Rennie. The bridge is constructed from large sandstone blocks and features a single elliptical arch with a stepped keystone. It has a solid parapet with a rounded top.
