Description

No 10 on St John's Road was built as the school house for St John's Church of England Primary School in the mid-19th century. It is an L-shaped, two-storey building constructed of red brick, featuring stone quoins and a steep slate roof. The gable has two trefoil-headed lights above a similar three-light window. There is a penticed entry on the side. This building is included as part of a group with the Church of St John the Baptist, St John's Church of England Primary School, and Nos 10 and 12.
