Description

This description is for a pair of K6 telephone kiosks located outside number 47 on Northgate Street in Chester, dating from 1935. The kiosks were designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and constructed by various contractors. They are square, made of cast iron, and feature domed roofs. The top panels have unperforated crowns, and the doors and windows are fitted with margin glazing.
