Description

Dingle Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-frame building with painted brick nogging, significantly altered and extended in the 19th century. The original structure is one storey high with an attic, featuring three 19th-century gabled dormers containing small-paned iron casement windows. The front features an early 19th-century wood doorcase with a hood canopy supported by shaped brackets, and a six-fielded-panelled door. A later bay has been added to the left-hand side, designed to resemble timber framing. Later additions are visible at the rear, and the roof is tiled.
