Description

A group of eight K6 telephone kiosks is located outside the Head Post Office on Abingdon Street in Blackpool. These kiosks were designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and were produced by various contractors. They are made of cast iron and feature a square shape with domed roofs. The top panels have unperforated crowns, and the windows and doors are fitted with margin glazing.
