Description

The property comprises two houses, originally a single dwelling, dating to the late 18th and early 19th centuries, with a later 19th-century addition to the rear. It is constructed of brick in an English garden wall bond, with five bricks long and one brick wide, and a rendered return. The roof is covered in pantiles and features old brick chimney stacks. The house has two storeys and two bays. Ground-floor openings are topped with rubbed-brick flat arches. A pair of boarded doors is centrally located, with No. 1 positioned on the left side. The windows are 16-pane sashes, set within enlarged openings. Stepped eaves courses are present. The roof terminates in end stacks. The rear addition is not considered to be of architectural or historical significance.
