Description

These gate piers, located 100 metres east of Hoppyland Hall, date from 1842 and are constructed from sandstone ashlar. They consist of two tapered square piers topped with overlapping domed pyramid coping. Each pier features a low-relief cross, the date 1842, and a heraldic shield.
