Description

42 and 44 King Street in Stirling is an early 19th century, four-storey building made of painted ashlar stone, designed in a classic style without decorative features. The ground floor contains shops, and the west addition has a curved front with three windows. The building was designed by William Burn from Edinburgh in 1833. It features architraved openings and a main cornice, topped with a slated roof.
