Description

43 Main Street in Doune is a building that was originally constructed in the late 18th century and remodelled in 1878, as indicated on the east gable end. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is finished with lined stucco and has raised and rendered margins. The original central door has been converted into a window. The first-floor windows are gabled, with the central window having a boat-gabled design. The building has end stacks and a slate roof.
