70 Main Street in Doune is an early 19th-century building featuring one storey and an attic, with a three-bay design. The exterior is harled with flush painted margins. It has a central door and two canted gabled dormers. The roof is covered with slate and has end stacks. The east elevation includes two canted bays on the ground floor.
