Description
3 Drummond Place is an early Victorian, semi-detached building that showcases late classical architectural style. It is two stories high and features a symmetrical design with an ashlar front. Each side has a two-window canted bay and a pilastered doorpiece with a cavetto splay. The plans are reversed, and the building includes architraves, a main cornice, and a piended, slated roof. There are lower flanking screen walls, each with one window and a door.
