28 Upper Bridge Street in Stirling is an early 19th-century building featuring two storeys and a railed basement, with three windows on the front. The exterior is harled with margins, and it originally had a Roman Doric pilastered doorpiece, which was removed around 1975. The roof is slated, and the windows have been reglazed.
