Description

Sunnyside Cottage, designed by William Leiper in the 1880s, is a single-storey building constructed from rubble with freestone dressings. The main section features a timber porch and a canted bay with a half-timber gable on the right. On the left, there is a shouldered two-light window. The lower section includes shouldered openings that are raised in the roof and topped with swept dormer heads.
