Description
Freeland House is a mid-19th century office building that features a single storey and a loft, highlighted by a central dormer door. The structure is constructed from snecked rubble with dressed ashlar detailing. It has a central segmentally arched coach house, which is flanked by doors (the right-hand door has been altered) and two windows, all of which retain their original glazing. To the east, there is a single storey wing that is set back. The building has a slated roof with bracketed eaves and a corniced ashlar chimney stack.
