Description

The County Council Houses at St Serf's Terrace on Perth Road in Dunning are a mix of two-storey and single-storey structures that have been extensively rebuilt. They feature stuccoed and lined-out facades with margins facing the street, while the terrace is constructed from rubble. There is gallery access to the first-floor houses. The buildings were re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting their group interest. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the buildings, as is appropriate for this type of structure.
