Description

East Green No 6 and Rowanbank are a pair of single-storey, three-bay cottages dating from the late 18th or early 19th century. They are constructed of snecked rubble with smooth raised margins. The cottage on the left, No 6, features a central entrance door that is partly glazed, flanked by bi-partite window openings. Rowanbank has a later porch with a piended roof.

No 6 has timber sash and case windows, while Rowanbank has replacement windows. Both cottages are topped with grey slates and have gable and ridge stacks.
