Description

Stanley Parish Church, built in 1828, is a rectangular gothic structure made of ashlar stone, featuring an 85-foot tall north tower. The church has a horseshoe-shaped gallery and retains its original pulpit, although the rest of the interior has been refurnished. There is a basement that follows the slope of the ground, which contains the former manse. Additionally, there is a marble tomb for Howard, dating from 1872.
