Description
Naemoor House is an unusual Victorian building from the 1870s, designed in a late classical style. It is three storeys tall and constructed of stugged ashlar with a channelled ground floor. The south front is symmetrical, featuring a centre that is advanced and topped with a pediment. The ground and first floors have tripartite windows, while the second floor has two windows. The outer bays on the ground floor are bipartite, with one window on the first floor and two windows on the second floor. The east front has four windows and an asymmetrically placed porch with a pediment, which includes a deeply splayed doorpiece with continuous mouldings. The building has a platformed piend roof and two large chimneys. There are also large two-storey service wings on the north side. Inside, there is notable plasterwork, especially in the drawing room.
