Description

This is a three-storey, four-window building on Brae Street, Dunkeld. It was laid out in 1809, and most of the building was erected shortly thereafter. The facade is harled with margins, and a date panel indicates 1809 at the second floor level. An attic dormer is present. The building appears on maps of 1823 and 1828. It was originally listed as a building of Group Value (C) but was re-categorised from B in 2006 to reflect its contribution to the group interest. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building.
