Description
Kinloch House is a 2-storey building constructed of rubble, featuring a central three-eighths bay and a low-pitched slated roof. It was likely built around 1850 but is designed in a style reminiscent of around 1835. The interior was remodeled in the east entrance wing by architect C.G. Soutar between 1908 and 1910. The building was re-categorized from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building, as is appropriate for its type.
