Description
9 Victoria Terrace in Dullatur is a row of 11 symmetrical terraced houses, built between 1875 and 1876, likely by Robert Turnbull. Each house is two stories high and features two bays. The exterior is made of coursed stugged ashlar with polished dressings, horizontal bands, and chamfered reveals. The entrance bay of each house has a recessed two-leaf panelled door with sidelights and a bracketed canopy above, along with a single window on the first floor. The second bay includes a full-height canted window, with a fluted frieze situated between the floors. The houses have plate glass sash windows, bracketed eaves, and end stacks, most of which retain their original decorative flues. The row is topped with a continuous slate roof.
