Description

12 Seatown, Cullen is a pair of single-storey and attic houses built in the late 19th century. They feature three bays and are constructed of rubble, with No 9 having a painted frontage. The houses have contrasting painted concrete dressings that display long and short detailing. Each house has a central entrance and gabled dormers that break the wallhead in the outer bays. The design includes coped end and ridge stacks, topped with a slate roof. No 9 has modern two-pane glazing, while No 12 retains four-pane glazing.
