Description
3 Seafield Street in Cullen is a 2-storey, 4-bay house built between 1820 and 1830. The outer northern bays are closely spaced. The building features heavily pointed rubble with tooled and polished ashlar margins and dressings. The entrance is centrally located and corniced, with moulded surrounds and modern 2-pane glazing. There is a small attic window in the northern gable. The end stacks have been renewed, and the roof is covered with slate.
