Description

4 Duke Street in Cromarty is an early 19th century corner building that serves as a bank. It has two storeys and an attic, with both the Bank Street and Duke Street elevations featuring two bays. The building has a canted corner with a single window on each floor. There is a door with one window at the ground and first floors facing Bank and Duke Streets, which includes 12-pane glazing. The structure has a shouldered wallhead chimney and a single piended dormer on the Bank Street side. The roof is slate, and there are cast-iron railings along Duke Street.
