5 Railway Terrace, Victoria Road, Brora

6 Railway Terrace, located on Victoria Road in Brora, is a terrace of two-storey and attic houses built in 1875. The houses are constructed from red brick with ashlar dressings, some of which are painted. The symmetrical facade features paired round-headed entrances with key stones, each adorned with moulded imposts and a semi-circular fanlight. There is a flanking ground floor window and regular first floor fenestration, with all windows having bracketed cills and four-pane glazing, except for number 1. Each house has a single gabled dormer, faced with weatherboarding and featuring bipartite windows. The eaves cornice is bracketed, and the original rainwater goods, including rhones and downpipes, are intact. Substantial end and ridge brick stacks have dentilled cornices and batteries of hand-thrown cans.

Number 1 has a modern box dormer with slate hanging and two windows, modern glazing, and a single-storey sun parlour that projects from the south gable. A front brick retaining wall is also present.
