Description

5 High Street in Avoch is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic and features five bays. It was originally designed as two separate dwellings, with paired central doors; however, the left-hand door and the extreme right pend door have been blocked and converted into windows. The exterior is harled, with an eaves band and scrolled skewputts. The roof is covered with slate and includes two later added swept dormers.
