Description
22 Breadalbane Terrace in Wick is a terrace of houses built around 1820. The terrace consists of two and three-storey, two-bay, rectangular-plan houses with gabled roofs. They are constructed from coursed Caithness stone slabs and feature regular window arrangements at the front, while the rear is more irregular. The gable ends of the terrace are blind.
For No. 22, the principal elevation shows three storeys with a door located to the right and a blind bay to the left. The third storey has small square windows. No. 23 has its door on the left and also features small square windows on the upper storey. No. 24 has a door to the right and a blind bay at the far right, with a piended wallhead dormer on the left. No. 25 has a door to the left and a piended wallhead dormer to the right.
The interiors were not seen in 2001. The houses have plate glass sash and case windows, grey slate roofs, coped gable stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods.
