Description
8 Queen Square in Glasgow is a late Georgian-style terrace building, constructed around 1864-1869. It is an unusually long two-storey structure with basements. The façade is made of polished ashlar, which has mostly been cleaned of dirt, and features channeling at the ground level. The first-floor windows are architraved and set between a cill band and an entablature, with sash windows that have a 4-pane glazing pattern. The building has chimney stacks and a continuous slate roof.
