734, 736, and 738 Pollokshaws Road in Glasgow is a later 19th-century tenement designed in the "Thomsonesque" style. The building is mainly four storeys tall, with three bays that are three storeys and include attic space facing Nithsdale Road. These bays may not be original but are well integrated into the overall design.

The ground floor features shops that face Pollokshaws Road, with simplified aedicules at the first and second floor windows connected by stepped moulding. The windows have sashes with four-pane glazing, and there are blind windows located in the chimney bays. A single wall-head stack remains, and there is a recessed corner bay. The detailing seen on the front is also repeated on the side facing Nithsdale Road, which includes broad-eaved dormers above the lower range.

The building has undergone some alterations, including changes to the stacks, and it is topped with slate roofs.
