10 Hillington Park Circus in Cardonald, Glasgow, is a curved terrace building likely constructed in the 1880s or 1890s, situated on a hilltop site and surrounded by more recent buildings. The east-facing corner block is three stories tall, while the two-story range curves towards the southwest and steps down the slope. The terrace features two-bay houses with steps leading to the doors, which are adorned with decorative cast-iron balustrades. Full-height canted windows are present in alternating bays. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar, with a channelled ground floor, except for Nos 5 and 6, which also have pilastered doorcases, as does No 1. The windows are sash, either with plate glass or a four-pane glazing pattern, and some houses have attic dormers. The roofs are covered with slate. The interiors are attractive, showcasing decorative plasterwork, staircases, and timberwork.
