7 Moray Place in Glasgow is a notable building designed by Alexander Thomson, constructed between 1859 and 1860, with the design possibly dating to 1857. This symmetrical two-storey terrace showcases Thomson's distinctive style, featuring pedimented outer pavilions with three windows and giant antae. The ground floor openings are adorned with inset pilasters, while the first floor displays pilastrades. Each floor is topped with a deep entablature that features incised Greek ornamentation. The building also boasts decorative timber doors and T-shaped glazing bars, with glazing placed directly against the pilasters. Additionally, there are stacks with decorative flues that prominently rise over the rear wall-head, and the roof is covered with slate.
